"Doesn’t work on my medium length thick & curly hair. It takes a lot of shampoo to get enough suds to wash. Not enough moisture for my hair. I guess I need a more heavy duty moisture repair shampoo. I’ll use the rest of it and then try something else. Smells good."

"Received my products as my prior shampoo and conditioner was running out. Sadly neither pump worked, the shampoo one needs pumping about 10 times to get a usable amount and the conditioner pump does not work at all, I end up taking the pumps out and pouring onto my hand. That said, the contents are sublime, as usual but sad that pumps are so bad."

Moisture Repair Shampoo: Massage through wet hair and scalp. Repeat if needed. Follow with Moisture Repair Conditioner.

Moisture Repair Conditioner: After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from hair and apply conditioner from mid-length to ends. Leave on 1–2 minutes. Rinse well.

High Shine Gloss Mask: After shampooing, rinse then squeeze out excess water. Apply a generous amount throughout hair, using a wide-tooth comb to distribute evenly. Leave on for 5–7 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
