Moroccanoil Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards registered members with points every time they shop on our UK website. Points can then be redeemed for available rewards and benefits (the “Rewards”) in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions.

All members have access to certain Rewards, which may include (but are not guaranteed to include) free shipping, birthday rewards, and special gifts with purchase. In addition to shopping on https://uk.moroccanoil.com/, members may also have opportunities, at Moroccanoil’s sole discretion, to earn points by performing other program actions such as writing a review for a verified purchase, referring a friend, or following Moroccanoil social accounts. Such opportunities may change from time to time. See the next question for more details on how to earn points!

Members earn one point for every £1 spent on https://uk.moroccanoil.com/ on Qualifying Purchases, as defined in the Program Terms and Conditions (During points multiplier events, this number may increase!). It's also possible to earn points through additional actions, where offered by Moroccanoil from time to time on the Moroccanoil Rewards page under WAYS TO EARN POINTS.

You will earn 1 point for every £1 spent. Points are awarded based on the order subtotal only, which excludes VAT/taxes, shipping costs, and any amounts paid via gift cards or discounts.

Yes, points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Account inactivity occurs when you do not earn or redeem points. We will endeavour to notify you prior to the expiry of your points.

Enrolment is completely free! Simply visit the Rewards page and create an account to be automatically enrolled in the "Original" tier. If you have an existing account, you’re all set to start earning points! The Program is available to individuals aged 18 or over and is limited to one account per individual. The Program is currently available solely through the UK website.

Moroccanoil Rewards points can be redeemed for Rewards, which may include free products. The available Rewards change throughout the year. Log in and visit the Rewards page to see what is currently available!

No, Rewards (including free gifts) are not refundable or exchangeable.

Periodically, we may offer promotional gifts with purchase. Such offers are subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to find out when one is available!

You can only earn points for a purchase if it was made through our UK website while logged in to your Moroccanoil Rewards account or otherwise associated with your Member account in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions.

Your friend must use your referral code to create their Moroccanoil Rewards account and place an order of at least £80 (excluding taxes). Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be granted at Moroccanoil sole discretion. If they have done so and you haven’t received your Reward, please reach out to us!

Points earned with each purchase are awarded and will become available for redemption approximately 72 hours after being granted, subject to the Program Terms and Conditions. Points earned using other program benefits may be reflected at different times depending on the activity. You are automatically enrolled in the ORIGINAL tier. To reach the ICON tier, you need 150+ points. To reach the GOLD tier, you need 400+ points. Tier eligibility and associated benefits are determined based on your Points balance and may change in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions.

At this time, Moroccanoil Rewards is available through the UK website only.

Approximately 2–3 weeks after placing your order, you will receive an email asking you to rate and review the product(s) you purchased. To ensure your account is credited with Moroccanoil Rewards points (currently 20 points per eligible review, subject to change), the review must be done through the Rate and Review email. Once you post your review, you will receive a confirmation requesting verification.

Reviews made directly on the website instead of through the Rate and Review email will not earn points. Orders placed as a guest, or outside of https://uk.moroccanoil.com/ will not qualify for review points. (Limits on the number of reviews eligible for points and the number of points awarded may apply and may change from time to time)
