Delivery Information

1. Delivery Information:

Orders placed on our UK online shop (https://www.moroccanoil.com/uk) can only be delivered to addresses within the Delivery Area. For the purposes of this policy, "Delivery Area" means the geographical regions within the United Kingdom where we offer delivery services for purchases made through our Online Shop.

Currently, we can only ship orders to street addresses. Delivery to a PO box or a British Forces Post Office address is not possible.

2. Shipping costs

For shipping within the United Kingdom*

· Orders under 30 GBP: 6 GBP (incl. VAT)

· Orders over 30 GBP: Free delivery

· Orders to Remote Areas**: 25 GBP (incl. VAT) (regardless of order value)

* If shipping to your selected address is unavailable, you will be notified during the checkout process (and you will not be able to complete the order using that address) or after you have placed your order (and your order will be rejected). Following such a notification, you may select an alternative delivery address.

** For the purposes of this policy, addresses registered to the following postcodes will be classed as "Remote Areas": PO30-41; HS1-9; ZE1-3; IV1-28; IV63; PA20-38; PH19-26; IV36; KA27-28; PA41-78; PH31-44; IV40-56; KW1-17; all BT zip codes in Northern Ireland.

We do not ship to the following Zip codes:

IM (Isle of Man), GY (Guernsey), JE (Jersey)

3. Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the delivery location, including deliveries to Remote Areas. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During periods of increased demand, holidays, promotional campaigns, peak seasons, or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual.

DPD is responsible for the delivery of your order.

You can check the status of your order on DPD’s website, using your tracking number which can be found: (i) in the shipment confirmation email you received from us; or (ii) under the “My Account” section on our website (https://www.moroccanoil.com/uk).

Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order or to a pickup point near you.

For the purpose of verifying delivery and resolving delivery-related inquiries, claims or disputes, our shipping provider may photograph the package at the point of delivery as proof of delivery. For more information about how we process personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
